Admission process for XVIII MBA Edition is open from March 2025 till the end of September 2025.
We invite you to the first Open Admission Meeting online planned for 27th of March 2025, at 18:30 on MS Teams platform. During the Meeting MBA Director, PhD Beata Krawczyk Bryłka, will present our Executive International MBA (former International MBA in Strategy, Programme and Project Management) and will answer to all questions from candidates and employers interested in our offer.

Eligibility conditions
Applicants to Executive International MBA (former International MBA in Strategy, Programme and Project Management) should demonstrate:
- University degree: a bachelor’s or a master’s
- Fluency in English
- Six years’ relevant work experience recommended (after university degree completion)
- An international applicant from non-EU countries is required to hold a visa and a resident’s card
MBA participants are senior managers, managers with extensive experience, Corporate Executives, SME Management, Entrepreneurs.

- Copy of your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Diploma (first or second cycle studies).
- Curriculum vitae (CV).
- Cover letter
- Digital copy of your current photograph.
- Essay on one of the topics advised by the Coordinator for Admission
- English certificate. We accept the following certificates:

B2 First (FCE): min. grade B C1 Advanced (CAE)
C2 Proficiency (CPE) B2 Business Vantage (BEC Vantage): min. grade B C1 Business Higher (BEC Higher) |
Educational Testing Service (ETS)
TOEFL iBT: min. 72 points (excluding Home edition)
TOEIC – Listening & Reading module – min. 785 points; Speaking & Writing module: min. 310 points

If you do not have certificate, you will be asked to write short English test (around 20 minutes) online during the interview.
3. Verification and admission fee
After verification and assessment of your essay, you will be asked to pay of the admission fee – PLN 700 – to enable you the participation in the further stages of the admission process. Below, toy can find all the details regarding the payment of the admission fee.
4. Interview, English Language Verification, QBR
As soon as we receive the admission fee, we will invite you for the interview in English. If you did not send us the language certificate, you will be asked to write short test considering your English Language Skills before the official part of the interview.
During the interview, you will be asked to tell us about your career and experiences and answer QBR – Quick Business Review – questions related to economy, management, and project management. The course of the interview determinates the admission to MBA Studies.
5. Acceptance and Agreement on conditions of payment for MBA Studies
Within two weeks from the interview and QBR, our Coordinator for Admission will inform you about the outcome of the admission procedure.
All accepted candidates are asked to sign the agreement related to the conditions of payment for the MBA studies. The agreement should be signed prior to commencing the studies
Tuition fee
Admission fee 700 PLN – Before admission interview.
Tuition Fee 59 000 PLN – By 30.10.2025. Can be divided to II or IV installments (first installment by 30.10.2025, other installments before the next year, or semester of studies).
Abroad Study Visit Fee 1500 EUR – By the end of April 2026. Participation in abroad study visit is obligatory for all students. The fee does not include accommodation and travel costs.
