Eligibility conditions

Applicants to International MBA in Strategy, Programme and Project Management should demonstrate:

  • University degree: a bachelor’s or a master’s
  • Fluency in English
  • Six years’ relevant work experience recommended (after university degree completion)
  • An international applicant from non-EU countries is required to hold a visa and a resident’s card

MBA participants are senior managers, managers with extensive experience, Corporate Executives, SME Management, Entrepreneurs.

5 point procedure

If the candidate meets eligibility conditions (mentioned above), can apply for the MBA programme. Here are 5 steps of the MBA admission process.
1. Online registration

2. Documents and Essay
After receiving your admission form, our Coordinator for Admission will contact you directly. You will be asked to write an essay on one of the two given topics. To finalise the 2nd step of the admission process, we require the following documents:
  • Copy of your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Diploma (first or second cycle studies).
  • Curriculum vitae (CV).
  • Cover letter
  • Digital copy of your current photograph.
  • Essay on one of the topics advised by the Coordinator for Admission
  • English certificate. We accept the following certificates:
Cambridge Assessment English
B2 First (FCE): min. grade B
C1 Advanced (CAE)
C2 Proficiency (CPE)
B2 Business Vantage (BEC Vantage): min. grade B
C1 Business Higher (BEC Higher)
Educational Testing Service (ETS)
TOEFL iBT: min. 72 points (excluding Home edition)
TOEIC – Listening & Reading module – min. 785 points; Speaking & Writing module: min. 310 points
Cambridge Assessment English, British Council, IDP IELTS Australia: International English Language Testing System IELTS: above 6 points
SERMO Association of Academic Centers for Teaching Foreign Languages: ACERT – B2, C1
Pearson Qualifications
  • Pearson test of English – PTE General: level 3
  • Pearson test of English – PTE Academic: min. 59 points
  • PEIC – paper-based version: levels 3,4,5
  • LCCI qualifications: levels 3,4,5
Oxford Test of English (OTE): min. 111 points
European Consortium for the Certificate of Attainment in Modern Languages (ECL): B2 – Intermediate
City & Guilds, City & Guilds Pitman Qualifications, Pitman Qualifications Institute: International English for Speakers of Other Languages (IESOL & ISESOL) levels Communicator, Expert, Mastery
Trinity College: Integrated skills in English (ISE): ISE both modules Reading & Writing and Speaking & Listening: levels II, III, IV

    Copy of language certificate. We accept the following certificates:

  • TELC English B2, C1 Business
  • TELC English B2, C1 University
  • TELC English C2

If you do not have certificate, you will be asked to write short English test (around 20 minutes) online during the interview.

3. Verification and admission fee

After verification and assessment of your essay, you will be asked to pay of the admission fee – PLN 700 – to enable you the participation in the further stages of the admission process. Below, toy can find all the details regarding the payment of the admission fee.

4. Interview, English Language Verification, QBR

As soon as we receive the admission fee, we will invite you for the interview in English. If you did not send us the language certificate, you will be asked to write short test considering your English Language Skills before the official part of the interview.

During the interview, you will be asked to tell us about your career and experiences and answer QBR – Quick Business Review – questions related to economy, management, and project management. The course of the interview determinates the admission to MBA Studies.

5. Acceptance and Agreement on conditions of payment for MBA Studies

Within two weeks from the interview and QBR, our Coordinator for Admission will inform you about the outcome of the admission procedure.

All accepted candidates are asked to sign the agreement related to the conditions of payment for the MBA studies. The agreement should be signed prior to commencing the studies

Tuition fee

Tuition fee for the whole programme: 4 semesters in 2 years of studying, with materials, study visits and events for MBA community is 59.000 pln zloty.

The cost does not include foregin MBA Study Visit which is estimated sepatately for each MBA edition (after the 2nd semester).

The tuition fee may be paid by:

  • Single transfer
  • In four installments.
