Associated with management and processes in the area of HR for over 16 years, in Polish and international companies of various shapes & sizes. Academic lecturer conducting classes in the field of Human Resources Management at Universities in the Tri-City, including the Gdańsk University of Technology, WSB Merito University and University of Business and Administration. Currently the Head of People at SolveQ and is a Board Member of the Interim Management Foundation (FRIM).
