Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Controller has designated Data Protection Officer whom you may contact via email at dpo@pg.edu.pl. You may contact the DPO in all mattersrelating to your personal data processing by the Gdańsk University of Technology and exercise of rights in relation to the processing of personal data. The DPO, however, does not proceed other matters, like providing information on the principles of verification of learning effects/outcomes.

We will process your personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) for the purposes of our institution’s participation in rankings, improving the quality of teaching services we provide, improving their visibility and competitiveness

Data recipients
Recipients of your will be ranking companies (QS Global Executive MBA Rankings, Perspektywy, Ranking Web of Universities, Times Higher Education World University Rankings, Academic Ranking of World Universities, Ranking uczelni, wydziałów ekonomicznych, programów MBA „Rzeczpospolitej” ).

Data storage period
We will process your personal data until the task for which the data has been collected is finished but no longer than until you revoke your consent or submit an objection.

Your rights
Under the terms of the GDPR you have the right to:
– access your data;
– rectify your data, should it be factually incorrect;
– withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any
time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of
processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
– erase your data, restrict the processing of it, as well as the right
to data portability – in cases prescribed by law;
– object to the processing of data;
– lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – President of the
Personal Data Protection Office, should you consider that the processing
of your personal data infringes personal data protection regulations.
