MBA Study Visit in Browar Amber – 10.2024
The executive MBA program at Gdansk University of Technology is an innovative educational path that combines theoretical knowledge with practical management skills. Within the MBA modules, participants have the chance to develop in key business areas such as strategic management, marketing, finance or entrepreneurship.
Visits to companies provide an excellent opportunity to gain practical knowledge and understand the functioning of various industries. Through direct contact with representatives of companies, participants have a chance to observe operational processes, learn about organizational culture and establish valuable professional relationships.
Browar Amber factory is a perfect example of how passion and strategy can lead to success in today’s competitive world. The brewery, known for its passion for brewing and attention to quality, was the site of our next study visit.
We were invited by Marketing and Development Director Marek Skrętny, who enthusiastically discussed the company’s history and philosophy.
We had the opportunity to see with our own eyes the brewing process – from mashing to fermentation to bottling. This remarkable experience allowed us to understand how much work and precision each production stage requires.
A visit to AMBER Brewery is a lesson in beer brewing and an inspiration to discover how much long-term relationships based on trust and innovation matter in the industry.
Thanks to Marek Skretny for the opportunity to hold a study visit for MBA students of Gdansk University of Technology, taking care of every detail and sharing his passion for running a business.
Our visit was the next step in the close collaboration between Amber and the Faculty of Management and Economics, where Marek Skrętny is a member of the Faculty Advisory Board.
