Creativity, Innovations and Entrepreneurship at Gdańsk Tech MBA studies

Twenty-Seven Talented Professionals representing the 14th Cohort from the MBA Program in the Gdansk University of Technology were experiencing last week an intense 3-days Module dedicated to Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship!

Alain Heureux : I’m using the start-up sprint format bringing them in less then 72 hours from Idea to Business but experiencing the process, tools and methodologies (Design Thinking, BMC, Pimentomap, Lean Startup, etc) as used by startups but applied on a self-developed project. The magic is always happening as little by little the teams are taking ownership of their project, raising the competition towards their fellow students from the other teams, and on Sunday afternoon you can feel a sens of competition as each team wants to be the best. We brought them also to the University FabLab understanding the power of rapid prototyping when building your MVP (minimum viable product). Hard skills and soft skills are combined in the format : agility, story-telling, team building, creativity, time management, etc.

The Module is also good to discover what matters for people in our society as each team can decide on their theme : family, elderly people, local products, happiness, relationships and education were some of the themes developed in their projects. A new style of conscious leadership taking care of planet, people and purpose is growing amongst professionals.

Let’s be positive, the last two years were difficult but the Future looks Bright.

Wishing the current student’s but also the alumni, fellow teachers and the teams from the MBA Program a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.
