Lean management powered by Philips, MBA’s creative evening

On February 22, 2018 as part of MBA’s Creative Evening our Students and Alumni had the opportunity to take part in event devoted to lean management and operational excellence, which took place at the Nordea IT Area in Gdynia.

Johan Zwittink – Quality Assurance Lead Europe and Piotr Andryszak – Director HR Services Europe at Philips Lighting introduced us to the subject of lean practice at Philips and its ideas of solving problems. There was also conducted a workshop which met with many emotions. This part was preceded by MBA’s Lecturer Mark Galanter presentation, regarding operational excellence with the eye of an executive level practitioner.

MBA’s Creative Evening is a series of meetings, which main aim is to exchange the experience of world’s experts with MBA’s Alumni and Students. There are case studies and interactive presentations as well as the opportunity to share insights and network experiences.
