MBA Rankings

During the MBA admission process many candidates are asking us questions regarding our position in MBA Rankings. Our MBA Program has been appreciated in many Polish and International MBA Rankings, such as:

• QS Ranking
• Perspektywy MBA Ranking

Such rankings take into consideration many factors: career outcomes, opinions of MBA Alumni, practical experience of our teaching staff. However, despite popular MBA Rankings, we are also preparing the internal MBA Ranking by ourselves. That helps as to assess the satisfaction of our students, how our MBA program improves students’ competencies and develops their skills, what can be done better and by who.

Our internal MBA Ranking – our tool for constant development

In order to improve the program, we prepare MBA Ranking on our faculty which concerns many aspects of MBA Studies on Gdańsk University of Technology. Once a year we conduct the survey among our MBA Students and Alumni that takes into consideration such categories:

• Improvement of skills of our students
• Students’ assessment of the teaching staff
• Students’ opinion and comments regarding the content of our MBA Program.

Results of our MBA Ranking

Results obtained from our MBA Students and Alumni allows us to have the different perspective on the program that we deliver to our Students. We analyze all the data and provide the MBA Ranking that shows us:

• What modules are the best from the perspective of our students. That gives us the information about the content and subjects that are the most important for our students who are managers and CEOs.
• Who is perceived as the best lecturer of MBA Program. We appreciate the long-term cooperation with business professionals and academic teachers. According to MBA Students’ opinion we award the best lecturers during the MBA Graduation Ceremony.
• Which competencies of our Students have been improved the most during the MBA Program. MBA Ranking regarding improvement of competencies helps us to realize whether our program is satisfactory for our Students and in which fields we are helping them to develop.

Our internal MBA Ranking is very complex tool that gives us possibility to constantly assess ourselves and improve our program. Even though the famous MBA Rankings are very important and prestigious, our internal MBA Ranking is very valuable for our MBA program, for our lecturers and most importantly – for our MBA Students.
