While recognising individual strengths and aspirations of employees holds great value for a company, it is crucial for efficient, progressive management to understand mechanisms that influence people’s behaviours in groups and team.

On completion of this course, you will be able to:

• recognise and implement psychological theories and the most up-to-date research in your managerial practice
• identify psychological factors influencing the actors in your company
• use effective tools to solve problems and strengthen teams

The course employs a variety of active learning methods, including presentations, discussions, exercises, workshops and demonstrations, in relation to practical applications.

Katarzyna holds a PhD in Psychology from University of Gdańsk. She has received training in more than 10 countries and has delivered lectures and led workshops and seminars in Poland, Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, Slovenia and China. Katarzyna incorporates her international experience and psychology background into a truly interdisciplinary module that meets the needs of modern managers and business people.
