The 16th Edition of the Gdańsk Tech MBA studies has started!

On November 17, the MBA XVI Cohort began the new edition of the MBA Gdańsk University of Technology Program at Politechnika Gdańska.

After an inspiring Inauguration, the Team Building module led by Katarzyna Stankiewicz, Ph.D., took place. It integrated the Participants and allowed them to learn and discuss the mechanisms influencing the effectiveness of groups and teamwork.

On the module’s final date (19.11), Katarzyna was joined by Paweł Ziemiański, Ph.D. On that day, we engaged in a hybrid simulation, Sparta, where our Participants had to use the gained knowledge and skills in action. Sparta is a dynamic hybrid simulation that requires teams to plan, coordinate their actions, be agile, and develop effective communication. The simulation was organized in partnership with GRUPA ODITK ( http://oditk.pl/ ). We are grateful for their support and generously allowing us to use the game license.

During the simulation and the entire Team Building module, the newly formed MBA cohort members demonstrated their engagement, willingness to learn collaboratively by sharing knowledge and experiences, and ability to draw meaningful conclusions.

We want to congratulate the MBA XVI Students on being accepted into the program. We wish them many fruitful learnings, inspiring experiences and fulfilling their development goals and plans.
