We Are Back, stronger than ever!

What will be required in the upcoming years? Read the article of MBA lecturer – Alain Heureux

After 18 months of resilient hybrid collaborations with several MBA Cohorts from Gdańsk, we are all looking forward for some normalisation in our modus operandi, although we know that hybrid solutions will remain an important ingredient in our new normal.

We all have been challenged in our deepest believes, values and desires but most of us survived, and we know we are entering into an era full of opportunities if we remain open, curious and creative. Constructive rebels will look to develop new activities in small, medium and large organisations. New hard- and soft skills will be required during the upcoming years, adding value whilst leaving repetitive work to computers and robots. An MBA Program will help you to challenge the status quo and to stretch your boundaries. Personally, I will be challenging your creative mindset and innovation DNA providing you new tools, methods and concepts.  I also hope we will soon be able to travel again putting a second Inspirational Safari into the program as our first trip to Barcelona remains unforgettable for many.  And never forget, an MBA is much more than education.  I have seen many new friendships and business connections emerging within one cohort or even between cohorts.
