Who the programme is for
The Executive International MBA (formerly International MBA in Strategy, Programme and Project Management) is aimed at candidates holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree who are fluent in English. Six years of relevant work experience after graduation is recommended. Typical participants include senior managers, corporate executives, SME management, and entrepreneurs.
Applicants from non-EU countries must additionally hold a visa and a residence card.
The 5-step MBA admission process

Candidates submit an application form through the programme’s website. - Documents and essay
The Admission Coordinator contacts each applicant directly and requests an essay on one of two assigned topics, alongside a full set of documents: a copy of the bachelor’s or master’s diploma, CV, cover letter, a current photograph, and an English language certificate where available.Accepted certificates include Cambridge B2 First, C1 Advanced, C2 Proficiency, TOEFL iBT, and IELTS scores above 6, among others. Candidates without a certificate complete a short, roughly 20-minute English test during the interview. - Verification and admission fee
Once the essay is assessed positively, candidates pay an admission fee of PLN 700 to proceed to the next stages. - Interview and QBR
The interview is conducted by the MBA Director together with two lecturers. Candidates discuss their career and experience, then respond to Quick Business Review (QBR) questions covering economics, management, and project management. - Decision and agreement
Within two weeks of the interview, the Admission Coordinator communicates the outcome. Accepted candidates sign an agreement on the payment terms for the MBA studies before the programme begins.
