Discover master classes with MBA lecturers – Alain Heureux

Mr Heureux teaches the MBA module on Change Management and Digital Transformation. What are the current requirements that companies have? How can we adapt to new management styles? Discover correlations between customers and talent. Discover what has been covered during the classes.

Increasingly, companies require a new management style, a new type of leadership, but also a transformation of company culture towards more agility and self-management. Those transformations are necessary to compete with disrupters and tech giants that enter our traditional markets and attract not only our customers but also our talent. Digital enables most European factoring companies to add services to their products and compete with those new players.

During the module on Change and Transformation, the MBA students defined innovation strategies for some of the companies they are working for, using Christensen’s ‘Jobs to be Done’ method. They used Frédéric Laloux’s book and wiki on Reinventing Organizations for inspiration, and selected potential steps for their own environment, as each organization has its own level of maturity. After 3 intensive days, four teams presented their strategies and transformation steps. Facilitated by Alain Heureux, the 27 passionate participants pitched their plans , convincing their peers about the power of their approach.
