Earnings of MBA graduates in 2018

The median remuneration of MBA (Master of Business Administration) holders amounted to 12,500 PLN monthly. The research shows that every fourth MBA graduate earned 19,240 PLN monthly and more, and 25% earned 7,500 PLN monthly and less.

Employees holding an MBA diploma received the highest remuneration in large enterprises (14,000 PLN gross monthly). The lowest salaries were earned by people working in microenterprises (8,299 PLN gross monthly).
The median remuneration of managers and directors, holding an MBA, increased by 5,000 PLN monthly for managers and 7,000 PLN monthly for directors, respectively.
