For the third time in a row our program was qualified in the worldwide ranking, being in the top 3 programmes from Poland and in the top 34 in Europe in a specific category.
Finally came the results of the 5th edition of the QS Executive MBA Ranking. This year over 200 Executive MBA programs participating from 48 countries, which is the highest number of all editions. In comparison to the previous year, the International MBA in Strategy, Programme and Project Management from Gdańsk Tech obtained more points in the respective categories, and it was moved up by 10 places in the European ranking.
Meaningful salary increase of MBA Gdańsk Tech students
The International MBA Gdańsk Tech was specially commended in two indicators:
Career Outcomes Ranking:
- Europe: 34th
- Globally: 78th
The MBA Gdańsk Tech received 62.9 points, which is 3,6 percent point more than the global average. This indicator is measured by the average salary increase from pre to post programme and the percentage of the class receiving promotions within 12 months of graduating.
This is a constant trend that the MBA Gdańsk Tech alumni earn more after completing MBA programme and most of them have promotions at work. It is especially important that participants receive solid knowledge and development in such uncertain times.
Besides Career Outcomes, in comparison to the QS 2020 the MBA Programme at Gdańsk Tech received more points in categories: Diversity, Employers Reputation and Taught Leaderships – Academic Reputation.
The QS Executive MBA Ranking 2021 shows that the International MBA programme one more time is ranked among the best executive MBA programmes in Europe.

International MBA Gdansk Tech is classified among the top 86% of executive MBA programmes in the world. Basing on the QS ranking, the average global EMBA student has 14 years of work experience and 9 years of managerial experience, with 26,5% of EMBA classrooms composed of c-suite professionals.
