International MBA GUT Director as an expert speaker during EDUNIVERSAL WORLD CONVENTION

On November 10-13, 2020 took place the 13th edition of Eduniversal World Convention that due to the current epidemiological situation was conducted in a virtual 3D World.
The Convention is an education-centered event, designed to bring together education professionals from all over the world. During four days speakers share their stories, challenges and innovative solutions how the education leaders can together work towards, better preparing for any crisis that may come their way.
Among prominent panelists was an International MBA GUT Director Barbara Stepnowska, PhD, who delivered the speech in the panel titled: “Collaboration – success stories and partnerships”.
She shared the knowledge about MBA programme experience regarding the conduction of classes in a hybrid form as well as about creating final projects by MBA students with social impact in the framework of Innovative Hub for Humanities.
In the panel, besides the MBA director, participated: Mr Dmitry Epifanov, Head of International Department, IBS Plekhanov and Virginijus Kundrotas, PhD., President of the Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA), Eduniversal Scientific Committee member for Eastern Europe.
The other topics of the 13th edition were: actionable learning, cross-cultural interactivity, tailored networking opportunities based on shared interests and expertise.

W dniach 10-13 listopada 2020 roku odbyła się 13. edycja Eduniversal World Convention, która ze względu na aktualną sytuację epidemiologiczną odbywała się w wirtualnym świecie 3D.
Jest to wydarzenie o charakterze edukacyjnym, gromadzące profesjonalistów z całego świata. Przez cztery dni prelegenci dzielą się swoimi historiami, wyzwaniami i innowacyjnymi rozwiązaniami, nad którymi mogą wspólnie pracować liderzy edukacji, lepiej przygotowując się na każdy kryzys, który może nadejść.
Wśród wybitnych panelistów była dyrektor programu International MBA PG – dr Barbara Stepnowska, która wygłosiła wystąpienie w panelu „Współpraca – historie sukcesu i partnerstwa”.
Dyrektor Stepnowska podzieliła się wiedzą na temat doświadczeń programowych MBA dotyczących prowadzenia zajęć w formie hybrydowej oraz tworzenia projektów zaliczeniowych przez studentów MBA o oddziaływaniu społecznym w ramach Innovative Hub for Humanities.
W panelu oprócz dyrektor MBA udział wzięli: Dmitry Epifanov, Kierownik Działu Międzynarodowego, dr IBS Plekhanov i dr Virginijus Kundrotas, Prezes Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA), członek Komitetu Naukowego Eduniversal na Europę Wschodnią.
