MBA GUT in QS Global EMBA Rankings 2019! | Faculty of Management and Economics Gdańsk University of Technology

For the first time, the MBA GUT Programme was ranked in the international QS ranking, which classifies the best MBA EXECUTIVES programmes in the world. MBA GUT is now placed amongst prestigious universities such as Penn (UA), MIT (USA), London Business School (UK), Berkeley (USA) and IESE Business School (SP). It was awarded 101st place.

The QS 2019 ranking included a total of 156 global executive MBA programmes and our programme is the only one from Poland.

The International MBA in Strategy, Programme and Project Management from GUT was especially commended in two indicators:

Executive Profile Ranking
Globally: 19th
Europe: 10th

The programme received 86.7 points (per 100) while the global average is 77. This indicator is calculated by examining the average years of overall work experience, average years of work experience at the managerial level, and percentage of the class with c-suite experience.

Career Outcomes Ranking:
Globally: 46th
Europe: 26th

The MBA GUT received 80 points, which is 10% more that the global average. This indicator is measured by the average salary increase from pre to post programme and the percentage of the class receiving promotions within 12 months of graduating.

How it looks globally?

Basing on the QS ranking, the average global EMBA student has 14 years of work experience and 9 years of managerial experience, with 29% of EMBA classrooms composed of c-suite professionals. The average EMBA programme boasts 31% women and 14 distinct nationalities. Post-graduation, 55% of graduates earn promotions within 12 months and the average salary increase sits at 39%, which is impressive considering already high pre-programme salaries.
