A seasoned business practitioner with 20 years of experience, Małgorzata Koniuszy has significantly contributed to the development strategies of numerous companies. Her expertise encompasses crafting mission statements, visions, values, goals, and ethics, including anti-corruption policies. Throughout her career, Małgorzata has implemented standards for some of the world’s most demanding clients, managed strategic and operational risks, and co-authored sustainability and CSR reports. A long-time coach, mentor, and trainer, she is currently the author of the “Happy Work Culture” program, designed to foster positive organizational cultures in companies.
Rafael Andrade, 14 MBA Edition
