Since 2008, I have been working as an assistant professor at the Department of Finance. Besides being an academic teacher, I am also an educator of youth in the field of finance and banking. Previously, for over a decade, I have worked in the financial departments of Polish and foreign companies. At the Faculty of Management and Economics, I deliver courses on corporate finance and banking, both in Polish and English. I have been cooperating with the Experyment Science Center, and the Children’s University of Economics. Moreover, I cooperate with foreign scientific journals as a reviewer. I am the author of publications on the transformation of banking, with particular emphasis on Central and Eastern Europe.

The class on the anti-plagiarism system is aimed at presenting students with the anti-plagiarism procedure which is implemented at the Faculty of Management and Economics at Gdańsk University of Technology. Within 45 minutes, the students learn about the various stages of anti-plagiarism control, the permissible levels of convergence indicators, as well as the procedure in the case of disclosure of unacceptable borrowings. Students learn the difference between quotations and paraphrases. They work with case studies, both positive and negative.
