MBA GUT: it’s time to take action for humanity
How can we combine the efforts of business, artists and technical minds in order to do something important for others? How can we build a social value for business projects? These questions will be addressed by inspirators such as Prof. Leif Edwinsson, the trendsetter, Brain of the Year, Alain Heureux, Innovation Expert, Janaki Weiden, Global Operations Director at SAINT-GOBAIN and the initiator of Innovation Hub for Humanities – Anna Grosiak, Business Development Director and dr Barbara Stepnowska, MBA Director at Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Management and Economics. The inspiration will be complemented by the keynote speeches of three guests from the European Commission: Dan Eleftheriadou introducing the subject of Advanced Tech and AI for European Businesses and Social Inovation, Anna Sobczak on the EU Clusters Policy and Patrick Klein on the EU Social Economy.
The Inspiration Meeting opens the Innovation Hub for Humanities initiative, which aims to integrate the business and educational environment supporting community service projects.
Its practical sphere will consist of MBA students’ projects – Capstone Projects, which are designed not only to solve business problems, but also to contribute to social innovations.
The first inaugural meeting of Innovation Hub for Humanities will take place on Friday, 01 February 2019 at 3 p.m. in Olivia Business Center in Gdańsk. The meeting will be held in English. Participation in the event is free of charge.
Earlier registration is required.
