MBA Study visit MGJ
On September 23, along with the 13th MBA edition, we visited MGJ Sp. z o.o. in Leśniewo (Poland).
Thanks to the courtesy of the co-owner of the company PhD Małgorzata Wejer, who is the Research and Development Director, we got to know about the history of this dynamically developing family business, its development strategy and the ways of dealing with business challenges.
We also had the opportunity to see and to learn from first-hand about the production processes, we felt the smell of fresh wood, but most of all we were inspired how the tools of strategic management and operational excellence can be used in the practice of a family business.
The visit was a part of the Lean Management & Value Stream module, delivered by Andrzej Marek Galanter.
