Bio:

Patricia is CEO and Co-Founder of SeedingEnergy S.L. a coaching, training and communication International company.

She has a university degree in Biology. She developed her Marketing and Business background at UCSD and SDSU in San Diego. She holds a Marketing Certificate in ESADE and a Communication Master in EADA (Barcelona). She’s a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation and she’s ORSC (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching) certified. Certified also in Emotional Intelligence by GENOS, Change Management by the Louvain School of Management and Lego Serious Play methodology.

She has extensive experience in coaching, facilitation and consultancy around topics like leadership, communication and assertiveness, Emotional Intelligence, time management, change management, career development, communication, and day-to-day performance management. Patricia is a Certified trainer for the European Institutions (European Commission and Courts of Justice in Brussels and Luxembourg). In the private sector she works closely with HR creating specific trainings for companies like Inditex (Zara, Bershka), L’Oréal, ENGIE, GSK, Novartis, MSD, Delitraiteur, Cargolux, PWC and KIA all over Europe.

She is also a Keynote Speaker for Commerce schools like ESADE and companies like JUMP. And lecturer at EU Business School (Spain, Switzerland and Germany), ICHEC (Belgium) and Gdánsk University of Technology (Poland).

Module description:

In the Change Management module, the MBA students will be enabled to look at their role in identifying opportunities, taking decisions and responsibility to make change happen. Then coping with that accountability as well as inspiring others to deliver the change and ensuring employee engagement.

Help and support those students who are in positions where they lead the business/ function, bringing together their skills and responsibilities around business strategy, working relationships, influencing and role modelling.

We will achieve all that through facilitated interactive discussions. Collaborative group working on practical cases. And finally they will be assessed in base of a real case study that they will create from their own experience.
